Delicious Buffets

The buffet breakfast was a good experience with a wide variety of options. I particularly loved the vibrant setting filled with chirping birds, which made waking up early an absolute pleasure. My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the lack of alignment between what was advertised online and what was actually provided. The service fell short, with limited support from the staff, and the dining experience was subpar with poorly labelled food and irregular meal times. However, the hotel does have beautiful amenities and a great variety of food at the buffet, which is a redeeming quality. If you decide to book here, do so with caution.

The resort had good facilities, but the room allocation process was frustrating and inconsistent. Despite being clear about our bookings and paying in advance, we ended up in different rooms than requested due to double bookings. Dining also fell short, with poor food quality and a disappointing atmosphere. On a positive note, we did find the cottage we upgraded to to be comfortable and much better than the initial room we were shown.
